Pousada Nautikus
A Pousada Nautikus representa a perfeita união entre inovação e sustentabilidade. Criada por entusiastas da natureza e esportes aquáticos como kitesurf e stand-up paddle, está localizada em um terreno de quase 7.000m² na Barra da Lagoa, um cenário de águas cristalinas que liga a Lagoa da Conceição às piscinas naturais da praia da Barra. A missão da pousada é oferecer uma experiência de hospedagem sustentável através do conceito “Tiny-House”, que são construções minimalistas, de baixo impacto ambiental e que valorizam a flora nativa. Essas acomodações foram desenvolvidas com módulos usinados em 3D, utilizando apenas materiais certificados e recicláveis, integrando conforto e respeito ao meio ambiente.

Brinco de Ouro Farm
Brinco de Ouro Farm, located in the municipality of Ubirajara-SP, is a remarkable example of recovery and success in the agribusiness sector. After years of poor management, the property was on the brink of unproductivity and was targeted by the Landless Workers' Movement (MST).
Our core focus is on food production, and our culture is marked by an entrepreneurial spirit and the pursuit of continuous improvement. In line with these values, we acquired the property through one of our investment vehicles. Subsequently, after proving the area's productivity, the company obtained possession through legal actions.
At the time of acquisition, the property had just over one animal unit per hectare, an index that was at the national average but far below international productivity standards. The company implemented advanced technologies, adopted good agricultural practices, and made significant investments. As a result, the property was converted into a reforestation area and currently stands out as a model farm in the region.
The transformation of Brinco de Ouro Farm not only increased the productivity and sustainability of the area but also contributed to job creation and local economic development. Our commitment to innovation and operational excellence allowed the farm to become a successful example of sustainable management and efficient production.
